Method of production:
Only grapes from our own are used for production vineyard, mandatory careful control of the quality of the berries. Harvesting is done in stages optimal ripening. Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. It’s wine closed with natural cork.
Aging in oak barrique barrels from 225l – 12 months.
Color:
Intense purple wine. Aging potential: 8-10 years
Characteristics:
The wine is dark purple in color. With a luxurious fruity character. Aroma of ripe cherries, plum, raspberry and blackberry aging in oak enriched the aroma of the wine with tones of vanilla, pipe tobacco, noble oak, graphite and sweet spices. The taste follows the aromas, the wine is juicy, rich and persistent, with finesse polished tannins and a long, complex aftertaste.
Pairing with food:
The wine goes well with meat appetizers and prosciutto, meat and vegetable stews like I light meats. Serving temperature: 16 – 18°C
