Method of production:
Only grapes from our own are used for production vineyard, mandatory careful control of the quality of the berries. Harvesting is done in stages optimal ripening. Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. It’s wine closed with natural cork.
Aging in oak barrique barrels from 225l – 18 months.
Color:
Wine of intense ruby color. Aging potential: 10-15 years
Characteristics:
Intense aromas of ripe red and black fruits – blackberries, cherries, with hints of tobacco, dark chocolate, forest fruit jam, leather and cedar tones. It is round in taste, elegant, juicy extractive, lush, complex wine. Shades of taste repeat the aromatics of spicy ripe fruit. Silky balanced tannins. Long complex taste.
Food pairing:
The wine goes well with red meat, grilled steak, dishes from lamb, pates, grilled vegetables, aged cheeses. Serving temperature: 16 – 18°C
