Description

Method of production:

Only grapes from our own are used for production vineyards located on the territory of the ancient Pannonian Sea. Lands they have a multi-layered composition. The upper layers are alluvial with several layers of clay and limestone, the deeper layers are deposits of limestone and fossils from the ancient seabed. Mandatory careful control of the quality of the berries. Harvesting is done in the optimum phase ripening. Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. The wine is closed natural cork. Aging in oak barrique barrels of 225l – 12 months. Ruby wine.

Aging potential: 7-10 years

Characteristics:

The wine has a deep ruby ​​red color. Intense aromas of ripe red and black fruit – blackberries, cherries, with notes of dark chocolate, leather tones, smoky notes. This is rounded, complex, an elegant, full-bodied wine. Velvety, balanced tannins. Long, complex aftertaste.

Food pairing:

The wine goes well with pates, duck in berry sauce, dishes with mushrooms and sauces, red meat and grilled vegetables, aged cheeses. Serving temperature: 16 – 18°C
