Method of production:
Only grapes from our own are used for production vineyard, mandatory careful control of the quality of the berries. Harvesting is done in stages optimal ripening. The wine is closed with a natural cork. Aging in Inox tanks.

Characteristics:
Sparkling lemon-colored wine with greenish hues. The aroma contains rich floral notes, violets, roses, sweet citrus fruits – tangerines, kumquat, aromas of oriental sweets, herbs – thyme, sage, rosemary. Perfectly balanced, refreshing wine with a light body, pleasant acidity and fruitiness taste
Food pairing:
The wine is perfect for fresh salads, young cheeses, spicy dishes (spicy pork), seafood. Serving temperature: 10 – 12°C
